Delete Account & Data

You can delete your Clickzy account and associated data at any time. The fastest path is in the app. This page is the web resource Google Play requires for the same request.

Option 1 — Delete in the Clickzy app (recommended)

1. Open Clickzy and sign in with the Google account you use to host films.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately. Clickzy records for that account are removed. You are signed out when it finishes.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to contact@appsticlabs.com from the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject line "Delete my Clickzy account".

• We will verify the request and confirm by reply.
• Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.

Option 3 — Revoke Google Drive access

Hosts can immediately cut Clickzy's access to Google Drive:

• Open myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Find Clickzy in the list of connected apps.
• Click "Remove access".

This revokes Drive access. Use Option 1 or 2 as well if you want Clickzy account records removed.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, profile picture reference).
• Films you created, their settings, invite codes and guest lists.
• Your guest records and photos you contributed on films you joined.
• Photo records and any short-lived cached copies on our servers.
• Push tokens and stored Google Drive connection (OAuth tokens).

What we cannot delete for you

• Photos already in a host's Google Drive. Those live in the host's own storage. Hosts can delete the Clickzy folder in Drive at any time.
• Photos other people saved to their devices before the deletion request.
• Play / App Store purchase records held by Google or Apple.

Guests without accounts

If you joined a film as a guest (no Google sign-in), email contact@appsticlabs.com with the film's invite code and the display name you used, and we will remove your photos and guest record from the film.
