Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Clickzy mobile app — the disposable camera, reinvented for events. Clickzy is built and operated by Appstic Labs ("we", "us"), New Delhi, India. They do not cover other Appstic Labs products. By using Clickzy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Clickzy

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Clickzy.
• You are responsible for the content you capture, upload and share through the app.
• You agree not to misuse Clickzy — including uploading unlawful content, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the operation of the app.

2. Objectionable content and reports

Clickzy has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not harass anyone, threaten anyone, or share nudity, sexual content, or sexual abuse material. This applies to photos, announcements, and display names.

• Announcements and display names are checked before they are sent. We reject harassing, threatening, or sexual text.
• You can report a photo, a person, or an announcement in the app. For a photo, the reasons are spam or advertising, scam or fraud, harassment, inappropriate content, or other. If you choose other, you can type a short note. A host can block a guest from that film.
• A reported photo stays on the film and in the host's Google Drive until Appstic Labs removes it. Reporting it does not hide it, and the host is not notified.
• Every report of a photo, a person, or an announcement is sent to Appstic Labs immediately. For a photo, the email includes a private link. That page shows who took the photo and who reported it, each as a guest or the host, with their IDs. We can keep the photo, remove it, block that guest from the film, or block the host. Blocking the host locks the film for everyone. A blocked guest or host is told they were blocked by Clickzy and can appeal by emailing us. If a photo report is still open after 24 hours, we are reminded to decide. The email contains the link, not a copy of the image.
• After you take a photo, your phone may check it for nudity and sexual content. Only a high-confidence explicit result is held. A suggestive result, a low-confidence result, or a check that fails does not stop the upload. A held photo is not uploaded to the host's Google Drive. Appstic Labs keeps that copy privately and may view it to decide. If we approve it, it is published to the host's Drive. If we block it, we delete it and notify only the person who took it. If we do not decide within 48 hours, we delete the held copy and do not publish it.
• Objectionable content may be shared with Appstic Labs for this review. We look at it only to decide whether to keep it or remove it. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train models.
• We do not allow child sexual abuse material. If we become aware of it, we remove it and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to other authorities when the law requires it.
• One report does not by itself close an account. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you create. Clickzy stores event photos in the host's own Google Drive; hosts control that storage. By participating in a film, guests grant the host and other participants (per the host's gallery settings) the ability to view the photos they contribute to that film.

We claim no ownership of your content and use it only as needed to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Hosts and guests

• Hosts are responsible for their film settings — including reveal timing, gallery visibility and guest limits — and for obtaining any consent required from their guests to collect photos at their event.
• Guests participate under the settings the host chooses. Photos taken on a film are delivered to the host's storage.

5. Third-party services

Clickzy integrates with third-party services such as Google Sign-In and Google Drive. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Clickzy available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appstic Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by third-party storage providers, arising out of your use of Clickzy.

8. Termination

You may stop using Clickzy and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
